Donald Eugene Hogan was born in July 1947 in Harris Texas. He married Virgie Mae Tabers in 1967 and welcomed a daughter. Hogan had daughters Amy Chapman and Anna Nicole and a son Donnie. Hogan was not present and his daughter Anna Smith hired a private investigator to find him as she wanted him in her life.
He was invited to an exclusive Playboy party in Los Angeles along with her half-brother Donnie. It was at the party that Hogan allegedly tried to get sexual with her. He did not have a good reputation as he had served six months in prison for sexual misconduct and exploiting young women including Smith’s aunty. He had refused to seek treatment for his cancer and died in his home due to lung cancer in 2009.
